Cleaning and sorting... and a new knit!

Yay! I've finished knitting another beaded hair bow.
(;^_^A ｱｾｱｾ･･･ I'm freakishly tired, but hey, at least I finally finished it. It occurs to me, I greatly dislike knitting with size 00 needles. My entire hands ache at this point.

I want to start a new project, but before I can I need to finish reorganizing my bookshelf. I want craft books all on one level, educational books on another, misc on another, entertainment closer to the bottom, and dvds on the bottom. I was sorting them all by size, but it's really hard to find things. This time I'm going to alphabetize everything, then put in order of volume number.

My hope is that by organizing things better, I can maximize space and create room to store the folders with printed knitting/craft patterns. I'm needing more space in the bedroom, because I keep feeling incredibly suffocated.


＿|￣|○､;'.･　ｵｪｪｪｪｪ I think it is more than that, though... I feel so suffocated in my clutter and everyone else's clutter that it is bringing me down under the weight of it all. I can't force other people to clean up after themselves, and I can't force them to be willing to donate items they don't really want/need; my solution is to clean up after myself (and sometimes them), as well as to donate items I don't really want/need anymore. I used to be really bad about hoarding.

I still remember the day I realized I was a hoarder. I quickly looked up everything I could on how to overcome the condition, and slowly started working on it. I'm still working on it, in some respects. I sometimes find things that I realize I do NOT need. I question, "Why on Earth do I still have this!?" Off it goes, to someone who can use it.

Okies, that's all for now. I need to finish working on the house. I ended up regaining a LOT of bookshelf space, so I can put more craft books out there, as well as more educational books. YAY!
