When cats attack, knitting style

I just finished the bottom for my cute knitted basket.

I'm going to take a break for a few days, because the cat traumatized me last night. He was watching me knit, and it was so adorable at first. I thought he was going to play with the yarn as I knit, as he's often done before.

Nope.
Not this time.

This time he locked eyes with me suddenly, then placed a paw on the end of my left needle. I thought nothing of it, and continue knitting, when suddenly his paw twitched and the needle was GONE. Just GONE!!!! ಠ▃ಠ The lil monster yanked it out of both my hand and the actual fabric. Once I was over my initial shock I started screaming at him and crying all at the same time while trying to carefully reinsert the needle without dropping any stitches. Oh, the stress he caused me. What a devil cat. Just a mean mean cat! To make matters worse, instead of running in fear of my frantic screaming, he just curled up purring, like he did nothing wrong. Evil, yes???

In gaming news: No gaming happening until the Xbox is repaired and sent back. I'm trying not to be a prat about it not being here, since it isn't mine, but still... OMG, GAMES... ಥ_ಥ
